Ciao, offro una stanza in un appartamento condiviso (2 persone) soleggiato con accesso al balcone a Bolzano a partire da luglio. La stanza è fondamentalmente arredata, ma siete invitat* a portare i vostri mobili. L'affitto è di 505 € + spese aggiuntive (circa 40 - 50 € al mese). Il contratto dell'ultima inquilina è ancora in vigore fino a dicembre. Da gennaio il contratto può essere prorogato per altri tre anni.  L'appartamento si trova in Piazza Mazzini a Bolzano. Il centro, l'università e l'Eurac Research sono raggiungibili in bicicletta in circa 10 minuti. Diversi supermercati e negozi sono dietro l'angolo e le principali linee di autobus di Bolzano sono rapidamente raggiungibili. L'appartamento si affaccia su un cortile interno ed è quindi abbastanza tranquillo nonostante la sua posizione centrale.

Hello, from July I‘m offering a sunny room in a shared apartment (2 persons) with access to the balcony in Bolzano. The room is generally furnished, but own furniture can of course also be added. Rent is 505 € + expenses (ca. 40 – 50 € per month). The contract still runs under the former tenant until December. In January you will have the possibility to extend the contract for another three years.  The apartment is located at Piazza Mazzini in Bolzano. The city center, main university campus and Eurac Research can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes. Different supermarkets are around, and the main bus lines are directly in front of the door. The apartment faces an inner yard and is therefore pretty quiet despite its central location.

Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Ansitz Stillendorf. 2 Minuten zum Obstplatz (Zentrum Altstadt). 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Uni Bozen. Ein Privatkrankenhaus „Marienklinik“ ist direkt gegenüber (siehe Internet). Parkplätze (sind weiß markiert) können mit einer Genehmigung von der Gemeinde kostenfrei benützt werden.
WG-Leben
In dieser 4er WG wohnen bereits junge Mitbewohner*innen, die die Ruhe und Ordnung lieben. Sie sind berufstätig und ab 22:oo Uhr sollte die gewünschte Nachtruhe auch eingehalten werden. Einmal pro Woche kommt eine Reinigungsfachfrau. Kostenfreies Internet ist vorhanden. Die Mitbewohner bevorzugen Langzeitmieter*in. Nichtraucher erwünscht!
