Wir suchen ab August/September zwei neue Mitbewohnerinnen für unsere WG im Zentrum von Bruneck (5 Minuten von der Noitech und 2 Minuten von der Uni entfernt). Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Stöcke aufgeteilt: ein freies Zimmer befindet sich alleine im oberen Stock (Dachgeschoss). Das andere unten. Beide Zimmer sind groß und hell. Cerchiamo da agosto/settembre due nuove coinquiline per il nostro appartamento condiviso nel centro di Brunico (a 5 minuti dal NOI Techpark e a 2 minuti dall’università). L’appartamento è disposto su due piani:

Hi, wir bieten ein Zimmer in unserer Dreier-Wg in einer großen und hellen Wohnung in Bruneck. Derzeit sind zwei Zimmer besetzt und eines ist frei. Das freie Zimmer ist 20m2 groß und bereits möbliert, also perfekt für PraktikantInnen oder StudentInnen, die kein zusätzliches Geld für Möbel ausgeben wollen. Der Preis der Miete (warm) beträgt €635,- inklusive Wlan, Putzfrau 1 x im Monat, Heizung, Strom, Müll und Wasser (also alles inkludiert). Es gibt auch einen Keller zum Schi abstellen. cerco coinquilina, (SOLO RAGAZZE), a partire da fine febbraio/inizio marzo 2027, visto che vado in Erasmus durante il secondo semestre. 
L’appartamento si trova in centro a Brunico, posizione ideale per chi frequenta l’università a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi. Ottimo collegamento anche con Riscone, l’appartamento si trova vicino a sentieri e ciclabili per camminare, correre o andare in bici. 
 
SPAZI COMUNI:
-cucina (con lavastoviglie) e soggiorno sono insieme
-bagno (con lavatrice)
entrambi sono stati recentemente ristrutturati, molto moderno il design.
 
CAMERA SINGOLA:
Spaziosa con letto di una piazza e mezzo, finestra con vista sulla valle Aurina.

I am looking for a female roommate (girls only) starting from the end of February / beginning of March 2027, as I will be going on Erasmus during the second semester.
The apartment is located in the center of Brunico, in an ideal position for students attending university, about a 10–15 minute walk away. It is also well connected to Riscone, and the apartment is close to trails and bike paths—perfect for walking, running, or cycling.

• Both have been recently renovated and feature a very modern design.
