We rent out a room with balcony preferibly to a german speaking girl in the
flat where i live with my family. We are my wife, two daughters (18 and 7) and me.
We have 2 bathrooms (one for girls and one for boys). The room is about 16 m²
and has a balcony. The location is central, but quiet. We are 800m from the
Free University of Bolzano, so it is possible to arrive there walking in 6-8
min. There is also a very good connection with public transport near our flat.
You can use the kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The room has a big
cupboard, a double bed (180x200) a table, chair and a refrigerator. We can give
you bed linen and towels. You have to clean the room yourself. Good WIFI
