Ciao! Ich heiße Sofia (31), wohne noch in Berlin und ziehe diesen Herbst nach Bozen, um dort meinen Master in Eco-Social Design an der unibz zu beginnen. 
Ich suche ab Mitte September / 1. Oktober ein helles Zimmer (ab ca. 10 m²) in Uni-Nähe
(zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar) oder mit guter Busanbindung.

Mietdauer: am liebsten zunächst für etwa 6 Monate, eventuell auch länger.

Sto cercando una camera singola privata in un appartamento condiviso o una sistemazione simile a Bolzano.
Periodo:
Da settembre 2026, preferibilmente per un soggiorno a lungo termine di circa due anni, per tutta la durata del mio corso di laurea magistrale.
Cerco preferibilmente:
·  camera singola privata;
·  bagno/WC nell'appartamento;
·  lavatrice;
·  Wi-Fi;
·  lavastoviglie preferibile, ma non indispensabile;
·  preferibilmente appartamento arredato.
Posizione:
Idealmente cerco una sistemazione situata a circa 15 minuti a piedi al massimo dal campus principale di unibz a Bolzano.
Valuto anche sistemazioni un po' più lontane, purché:
·  siano vicine a una fermata dell'autobus;
·  sia possibile raggiungere il campus principale di unibz con un collegamento diretto, senza cambi;
·  il tempo totale di percorrenza, compresi gli spostamenti a piedi e in autobus, non superi circa 30 minuti.
Su di me:
Studierò a Bolzano per circa due anni e sto quindi cercando una sistemazione stabile e a lungo termine, piuttosto che un alloggio per un breve periodo.
Sono uno studente responsabile, rispettoso e ordinato e avrò cura della camera e dell'appartamento. Cerco un ambiente tranquillo, pulito e confortevole dove poter vivere e studiare durante il mio corso di laurea magistrale.
Sono non fumatore e non ho animali domestici.
Al momento mi trovo all'estero. Se necessario, posso organizzare una visita dell'appartamento tramite un mio amico o conoscente che si trova a Bolzano.
Il mio italiano è ancora limitato, quindi, se possibile, preferirei comunicare in inglese.

Looking for accommodation in Bozen-Bolzano

I'm Moritz, 24, from Germany, currently doing my Master's in Industrial Engineering in Augsburg. For my final semester I'll be spending an ERASMUS exchange in Bolzano, and I'm on the search for a room in a shared apartment for that time, from roughly the end of September to the end of February (dates are flexible).

I already did one exchange semester in Sweden and lived in shared appartments in Germany, so I'm very much used to shared living and know how to be a good flatmate. I'm easygoing, sociable, and really looking forward to meeting new people and making friends along the way. Sports-wise, I'm big into football, handball, and anything winter-related, skiing especially!
