I am offering a 17 m2 room in a shared flat in Bozen/Bolzano.
Attached to the room is a very large balcony which is exclusively for you and
one of the roomates (who has his own access). The location is Via Resia 35, the
city center is very easily and fast accessible by bus and bike. There are 3
other persons living in the apartment, all speak italian and one also german /
english. The flat is renovated and has a dishwasher in the kitchen and a
washing machine in the bathroom. The cost are all in 510 per month, but trust
