a €290 + €55 di spese condominiali (comprensive di acqua
e riscaldamento). A disponibilità degli inquilini anche un piccolo deposito
privato in soffitta. Ps. La camera al

looking for a female flatmate, willing to take my place in a shared double
room. Very nice apartment located in via Resia, Bolzano. The area is
well served by bus 3, 6 and 10 (bus stop is just in front of the house) and by
cycle trail: the city centre is reachable within 15 minutes by bike. Monthly
rent: €290 + €55 condo fees (water and heating included). A small attic storage
space is also provided. Ps. The
