BZ: room for rent

Hi there! I am a PhD student of the Faculty of Economics and Management of unibz, going on an exchange until approximately mid-June 2022. That’s why my room is becoming available until then in a shared apartment only for females. The room is located in Piazza Verdi, which is approx. 10 min away from the university. You will be sharing a big kitchen and two bathrooms (one big and one small) with 3 other girls: two architects and another PhD student from my faculty. They are super nice and friendly. Affittasi appartamento ristrutturato ed arredato di circa 70mq con ingresso indipendente a studenti dal 1 luglio fino 25 settembre 2022. É possibile affittare le camere singolarmente. E' composto da due camere da letto, cucina abitabile, bagno e ripostiglio. Si trova nelle vicinanze dell'Aquarena (l’università è raggiungibile a piedi in 5-10 minuti), dispone di un giardino esterno e un posto per le biciclette recintato. 900€ al mese più spese (per l’intero appartamento).
