The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a guest toilet, and a balcony. The university is 20 minutes away by foot or only 5/10 minutes by bus, which stops really near the house. The rent is 500€ per month.
