BZ: looking for a room/apartment

Hello, I am a UniBZ PhD student with an office at NOI Techpark. I am looking for a monolocale or a room in a quiet shared apartment from February 2024. If possible, I would prefer something in Bolzano, Appiano, Caldaro, or Laives. I am studying for a PhD in oenology, and I am originally from Australia.
