Sulla nostra casa c'è da dire che è a qualche minuto dall'Uni e dal centro di Brunico, in una zona silenziosa e con posti parcheggio. Inoltre la casa, come anche il giardino, è solo di noi studenti.

Disponibile posto in spaziosa stanza singola a partire dal 1 luglio in un appartamento condiviso con altre tre ragazze. L’appartamento è in Via Cesare Battisti, a 5 minuti dal centro, vicino a tre supermercati con fermata del bus sotto casa. Già arredato, due bagni, terrazzo spazioso, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e cantina/deposito. Il costo della stanza è di 360+100 euro di spese extra al mese (totale al mese 460€). Tutte le spese (acqua, luce, gas, spazzatura, internet) sono comprese, con conguaglio a fine anno. La caparra è di due mensilità (460x 2). Il 1 settembre il prezzo della camera aumenterà e sarà di 515€ al mese.

Available place in a single room starting from July 1st in an apartment shared with three other very nice girls 🙂.  The apartment is 5 minutes from the center (Via Cesare Battisti), close to three supermarkets with a bus stop under the house.  Already furnished, two bathrooms, spacious terrace, washing machine and dishwasher.  The cost is 360+100€ of extra expenses per month (in total 460€).  All expenses (water, electricity, gas, garbage, internet) are included, with balance at the end of the year. Deposit is two 460€ x2. The 1st september the cost of the room will increase and become 515€.
