located in the heart of the historic centre (Via Vintler). The apartment
includes a kitchen, a bathroom, two rooms (one of which is occupied by a
researcher couple from Unibz), and a bicycle storage room. It is on the first
floor with an elevator. I am looking most preferably for female tenant. The

stanze situato nel cuore del centro storico (Via Vintler). L'appartamento
comprende una cucina, un bagno, due stanze (una delle quali è occupata da una
coppia di ricercatori dell'Unibz) e un deposito biciclette. Si trova al primo
piano con ascensore. Sto cercando preferibilmente una inquilina. La stanza sarà

Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in einer Dreizimmerwohnung im Herzen des historischen Zentrums (Via Vintler) unter. Die Wohnung umfasst eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, zwei Zimmer (eines davon ist von einem Forscherpaar der Unibz bewohnt) und einen Fahrradabstellraum. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock mit Aufzug.
