APARTMENT --> The apartment is located on Piazza della Vittoria and is a 5 min walk to the uni over the Talvera. It’s a beautiful, spacious and renovated apartment located in a gorgeous 1930s complex with green courtyard. 

ROOM --> The room is approx 25 m^2, semi furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk) and costs 420E per month + 80E additional costs (heating etc).

HOUSEMATES --> We're two design students (German and Australian) and a lawyer (Italian).

Ab Mitte Februar wird in unserer schönen Studenten-WG in der Italienallee ein Zimmer frei.

Das Zimmer ist zirka 18qm groß, hell und (bis auf einen Kleiderschrank) unmöbliert. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, sowie ein großes Bad, 2 Balkone und eine türkise Küche.

Die Wohnung liegt zu Fuß 10 Minuten von der Unibz entfernt. Supermarkt und Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor der Tür.

Die Montasmiete beträgt inklusive allem 450€.

We are looking for a nice girl to move in with us.

From the midth of February there is a free room in our beautiful shared flat in the Corso d’Italia.

The room is about 18sqm in size, bright and (except for a closet) unfurnished. We have a big living room, as well as a big bathroom, 2 balconies and a turquoise kitchen.

The flat is a ten minutes walk away from the unibz. There are supermarkets and a bus stop right in front of the house.

The monthly rent is 450€ including everything.
