Hallo, mein Name ist Konrad Freyer und ich suche ab Oktober nach einem WG-Zimmer oder einer Wohnung bis maximal 600€ im Monat in Bozen-Bolzano. Ich bin 24 Jahre alt, komme aus Kiel (Deutschland) und fange im kommenden Semester mein Masterstudium in Eco-Social Design an der Universität in Bozen an. Ich habe in Kiel meinen Bachelor in Industriedesign absolviert und habe die letzten 10 Monate als Aushilfe bei einem Steinmetz mein Geld verdient. Nebenbei habe ich eigene Designprojekte gemacht (Ausstellungen, Vasen aus Keramik, Möbel aus Stein+Holz, ein Kollektiv mitgegründet, …) und mache sonst in meiner Freizeit gerne Musik zusammen mit Freunden und gehe total gerne raus in die Natur. Ich habe in meiner Zeit in Kiel 3 Jahre in einer Einzimmerwohnung und 2 Jahre in einer WG gelebt. Die Vorzüge und Nachteile beider Wohnsituationen konnte ich dadurch kennenlernen und kam mit beiden sehr gut zurecht. Ich bin ein harmoniebedürftiger Typ; für mich kann das sowohl zu einer sehr freundschaftlichen Beziehung mit meinen Mitbewohner*innen führen oder zu einer gesunden Distanz, welche einander Freiraum ermöglicht. Beides habe ich schon erlebt. Für mich hängt das ganz von der Dynamik ab, die sich zwischen mir und meinen Mitbewohner*innen entwickelt. Es fällt mir nicht schwer, mein Zuhause sauber zu halten. Außerdem koche ich gerne und bringe mich gerne in kreative oder handwerkliche Projekte ein. Ich gehe gerne tanzen, in Bars oder auf Spaziergänge. Ho avuto modo di familiarizzare con i vantaggi e gli svantaggi di entrambe le situazioni abitative e mi sono trovata molto bene con entrambe. Sono il tipo di persona che ha bisogno di armonia; per me questo può portare a un rapporto molto amichevole con i miei coinquilini o a una sana distanza che lascia spazio all'altro. Ho sperimentato entrambe le cose. Per me dipende interamente dalla dinamica che si sviluppa tra me e i miei coinquilini. Non ho difficoltà a tenere pulita la mia casa. Mi piace anche cucinare e partecipare a progetti creativi o artigianali. Mi piace andare a ballare, nei bar o fare passeggiate. I am 24 years old, come from Kiel (Germany) and will be starting my Master's degree in Eco-Social Design at the University of Bolzano next semester. I was able to familiarise myself with the advantages and disadvantages of both living situations and got along very well with both. I am the type of person who seeks harmony; for me, this can lead to a very cordial relationship with my flatmates or to a healthy distance that gives each other space. I've experienced both. Otherwise, I like to cook and bake vegetarian/vegan and, according to my friends, make the world's best cinnamon rolls. I'm also very creative, interested in topics like feminism, alternative lifestyles like communes or eco-villages and I really enjoy organizing things like clothing swap parties, raves or other joint activities.
