Double room and
study room in a shared flat with a researcher for rent. The flat is located
in the centre of Bolzano in via dei Vanga, it consists of two double rooms, a
studio, a bathroom, a kitchen and a cellar. It is centrally located 10 minutes
walk from Eurac and in excellent conditions, with windows and shutters just
changed. Bathroom and kitchen are already furnished (350 euros are requested
for the furniture already present) while the bedroom and studio are rented
unfurnished. The double bedroom
is approximately 17 m2 and the study is 9 m2. It is rented on a long-term basis
to a couple (740€ monthly) or a single person (650€ monthly) room+studio
inclusive of condominium expenses, water and heating. Electricity and rubbish
