BZ: looking for a roommate (male)

Vacancy in double room. I’m looking for a roommate (male) from the first of June in order to share a room with me, the flat has 2 single rooms, a double room, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is in Via Dodiciville (Piazza della Dogana), 10 minutes from the University and 5 from the train station by foot. The rent is 300 euro (expenses included) and a deposit of 500€. BZ: Zimmer zu vermieten - affittasi stanza

Mitbewohner Wohnung in der Laubengasse gesucht. Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, Küche und Badezimmer. Zwei Zimmer sind von zwei sympatischen Eurac Research Mitarbeitern aus Spanien und Deutschland bewohnt und das dritte ist frei. Das Zimmer ist Möbliert und ab 1. Juni frei.

Si cerca un coinquilino/a per una stanza in un appartamento in via Portici. L'appartamento é composto da: bagno, cucina e altre due stanze dove vivono due simpatici coinquilini, un tedesco e uno spagnolo che lavorano all'Eurac. La stanza sarà libera dal 1 giugno.
