Renting a shared room in a shared
apartment (you will have two other flat mates, one of which will be your
roommate). The duration is for Aug 1 - Dec 31, 2018 or Dec 31, 2019. Superb
location: around Via Cappuccini, only 5-min walk from main campus, 5-min walk
from Piazza Walther. Facilities: fully furnished, bedroom, bathroom, living
room, kitchen, and balcony with park view.
The rent fee is about 280 EUR/month. The additional cost (water, gas,
electricity, heater, internet, waste management/SEAB) is about 50 EUR/month,
and also the one-time contract fee is about 20 EUR. Only for neat, male, UniBZ
