Cerco una stanza vicino al NOI Tech Park, possibilmente con posto auto, a partire da settembre, ottobre oppure novembre.
Ho già convissuto in uno studentato e ho vissuto anche da solo, sono una persona rispettosa, attenta all'ordine e alla pulizia. In casa mi piace stare tranquillo in camera mia e ho bisogno dei miei spazi, ma so anche essere molto divertente con le persone giuste ;).
Il mio budget è di circa 400-500€ al mese, utenze incluse. Che siate proprietari, o altri studenti/lavoratori in cerca di un coinquilino, non esitate a contattarmi! Sono aperto a proposte :)

Ich habe schon in einem Studentenwohnheim gewohnt und auch alleine gelebt; ich bin ein freundlicher Mensch, der Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit legt. Zu Hause bin ich gerne in Ruhe in meinem Zimmer und brauche meinen Freiraum, aber mit den richtigen Leuten kann ich auch sehr viel Spaß machen :D.
Mein Budget reicht für etwa 400-500€ im Monat, inklusive Nebenkosten. Egal, ob Sie Vermieter sind oder in eurer WG bald ein Zimmer frei wird, ich freue mich über jede Nachricht :)
