Du suchst für den Sommer eine gemütliche und voll ausgestattete Unterkunft in Bruneck?

Ich vermiete ein möbliertes Einzelzimmer in einer großzügigen Haushälfte für den Zeitraum Anfang Juli bis Ende August.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe der Universität und eignet sich ideal für Studierende. Die Vermietung erfolgt ausschließlich an Studierende.

Die Haushälfte wird insgesamt von drei Studierenden bewohnt und bietet:

  • möbliertes Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Balkon
  • große, voll ausgestattete Küche
  • gemütliches Wohnzimmer
  • zwei Badezimmer
  • kleiner Garten

Monatsmiete: 500 € zzgl. Nebenkosten.

I am renting out a fully furnished single room in a spacious shared house from early July until the end of August.


The house is located close to the university and is ideal for students. The room is available exclusively for university students.


The shared house is home to three students and offers:
