The flat is situated on the second (and top) floor of a small house surrounded by a small garden in the centre of town, near piazza Erbe/Obstmarkt, so it's about 5 minutes' walk from the main University building. The room consists of a single bed, a separate sofa bed, table and chairs, wardrobe, desk and bookshelves (see photos below). There is also a small separate kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The flat has its own entrance. It is available as from 1 Oct for one year with a standard contract for students. Rent is €670.00/month which includes heating, electricity and internet.
