BZ: Room with a private bathroom for rent

I am looking for someone that will takeover my room which is in a sharing flat with three others (2 m, 1 f). The room is around 15 m2 and it has its own bathroom inside. The kitchen is in common usage and the flat has a nice terrace. It is so close to the university. 5 minutes by walking. The contract is valid till April with the possibility of extension. I am planning to leave by the mid of January, but if you need to move earlier, it might be arranged. The rent is 400 € includes expenses.
