(Fahrräder können dort auch abgestellt werden). Die Wohnung befindet sich im
ersten Obergeschoss (Aufzug vorhanden) und hat insgesamt 80m². Die
Universität und somit auch das Zentrum von Bozen ist mit öffentlichen
Verkehrsmitteln in ca. 10min (Bus im 15min-Takt) sowie mit dem Fahrrad in ca.
15min erreichbar. Im näheren Umkreis befinden sich sämtliche
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Apotheke und Bars/Restaurant/Pizzeria. Die
monatliche Miete beträgt 1.200 EUR (inkl. Betriebskosten wie

used to park bicycles) as of September 1st, 2019. The
apartment is on the first floor (elevator existing) and has in total 80qm
(max. 4 people). The
university and therefore also the center of Bozen/Bolzano can be reached by
public transportation in approx. 10min using the bus (at 15min-intervals) or by
bicycle in approx. 15min. Close to the apartment you can find different
shopping facilities, a pharmacy and diverse locals like bars and restaurants. The
monthly rent is about 1,200 EUR (incl. operating costs like
electricity, water, heating, condo and garbage). Please consider, that a single
