BZ: looking for single room or an apartment to share

I'm a student in Mechanical Engineering at University of Bozen, I'm looking for a single room or an apartment to share with someone spending about 350 euro including all the general costs.

I love cooking (especially cakes) and to keep the whole environment clean and tidy.

I'm starting the lessons on September the 10th so I realy need to find an accomodation as soon as possible.
