BK: room for rent

Room for rent in an shared flat in Brunico with two nice girls, since I’m moving out you would move into my room. The flat is 10 minutes by foot and around 3 by bike to the university. There’s a big bathroom and a smaller one with just a toilet, a big kitchen with a dining table, a balcony, a garden and a garage where you can put your bike. Rent would be 300€ including 50€ of monthly service common charges, every two months approximately 26€ of electricity and also every two months 13,30€ for the internet connection. There is a safety deposit of two monthly rents, which would be 600€.There would be the possibility to take over some of the furniture (bed, bedside cabinet and desk), price can be discussed.
