Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Alten Mendelstraße in Bozen im 3. Stock. Sie besteht aus 3 Studentenzimmern (2 der Zimmer haben einen gemeinsamen Balkon), 1 Gemeinschaftskorridor, 1 Gemeinschaftsküche mit kleinem Abstellraum und 1 Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer mit Dusche. 2 Zimmer in der Wohnung werden nicht vermietet. Die Wohnung ist teilweise neu renoviert: neue Fenster und Balkontüren, neue Innentüren und Wohnungstür, neue Zimmermöbel, teilweise neuer Boden, neues Badezimmer, neue Kochplatte und neuer Geschirrspüler in der Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist mit Töpfen, Geschirr und Besteck, die Schlafzimmer mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl und Nachtkästchen pro Bewohner, ausgestattet. Der Mietpreis beträgt für die Zweibettzimmer 800 Euro pro Zimmer und für das Einbettzimmer 500 Euro. Nebenspesen wie Heizung, Warm- und Kaltwasser, Strom, Müllgebühren, WLAN sind inbegriffen.
