Hello, from 15 Februar 2026 I will be renting a beautiful room (14 m2 plus balcony = 560 euro plus 80)  in a flat in the city centre, from 15 March 2026 (12 m2 = 490 + 80) and from 01 April 2026 ( 13,5 m2 = 520 + 80) the third one. The flat is five steps from the university and the train and bus station. The flat is located in piazza domenicani and consists of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. The rooms will be furnished. The cost of the rooms ranges from 450.00 to 640.00 Euro and includes weekly cleaning of the common parts (bathrooms, kitchen and staircase).
