Starting from 1st of March we are offering a bright room with a beautiful wooden floor and a nice view of the surrounding mountains of Bolzano. The room comes partly furnished with a wardrobe and a small desk. Our flat is centrally located, right next to the cable car to Soprabolzano (Funivia del Renon). The city center is just a 10-minute walk away, and the university can be reached in about 15 minutes - or faster by bike ;) Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and pharmacies are all nearby as well as the Oswald Promenade, perfect for scenic walks with breathtaking views over Bolzano. We are a sociable flat share that values a harmonious and considerate living environment. We enjoy spending time together over coffee, cooking evenings, or outdoor activities, while also respecting each other’s personal space.
