Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Herd und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine und einen privaten Kellerraum. Die Wohnung liegt in der Florenzstraße, in der Nähe des Zentrums von Bozen, in einer strategischen Lage: 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Universität und der Innenstadt entfernt. Außerdem befindet sie sich in der Nähe des Radwegs, der mit der Industriezone (NOI-Techpark) verbindet. Ab Februar 2025 wird ein Zimmer in der Wohnung verfügbar sein, da die anderen beiden Zimmer bereits vergeben sind. Wir suchen eine ruhige, respektvolle und ordentliche Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner, vorzugsweise eine Doktorandin, Master-Studentin oder Bachelor-Studentin im dritten Jahr. Room in a shared apartment for students available from February. The room is located in a fully furnished apartment consisting of a kitchen, a bathroom, a large entrance area, and three bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, and refrigerator. Additionally, the apartment includes a washing machine and a private basement storage room. The apartment is located on Florenzstraße, near the center of Bolzano, in a strategic location: 15–20 minutes on foot from the university and downtown. It is also close to the bike path connecting to the industrial zone (NOI-Techpark). From February 2025, one room in the apartment will be available, as the other two rooms have already been rented out. We are looking for a quiet, respectful, and tidy tenant, preferably a Ph.D. student, master’s student, or third-year bachelor’s student. La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura e frigorifero. Inoltre, l’appartamento dispone di una lavatrice e di una cantina privata. L’appartamento si trova in via Firenze, vicino al centro di Bolzano, in una posizione strategica: a 15–20 minuti a piedi dall’università e dal centro città. Inoltre, è vicino alla pista ciclabile che collega con la zona industriale (NOI-Techpark). Da febbraio 2025, sarà disponibile una stanza nell’appartamento, poiché le altre due saranno già affittate.
