mia stanza a Bolzano a partire dal 1° febbraio 2025. L’appartamento si trova in
via Thuille, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dall’università. La stanza è luminosa,
ammobiliata e in appartamento condiviso con altre due ragazze giovani (1
studentessa + 1 lavoratrice). La cucina è in condivisione con entrambe, mentre
il bagno è condiviso solo con una delle coinquiline. L’affitto è di 380 euro al
mese, a cui si aggiungono le spese per gas ed elettricità calcolate in base al
consumo. Si valutano anche affitti temporanei fino al 31 agosto 2025. Per

Hi! I’m
renting out my room in Bolzano starting from February 1, 2025. The apartment is
located on Via Thuille, about a 10-minute walk from the university. The room is
bright, fully furnished, and part of an apartment shared with two other young
