BZ: Couple looking for a 1 bedroom apartment

Hi everyone, I am Zsofi, 24 years old from Hungary and I will be a Masters Student at UniBZ from September. We are moving to Bolzano with my boyfriend, therefore we are looking for a 1 bedroom apartment with a separate living room/kitchen area, if possible. We have been living together and renting for 3 years now and have excellent references. We have rented together in Hungary as well as in Scotland, therefore are familiar what it takes to take care of someone’s apartment as a tenant in across cultures and countries. It has been a dream of ours to move to Italy, so we are ready to take excellent care of the apartment and are thinking in long-term, ideally wanting to rent for the next 2 years if we find a suitable place that we can call home. We are happy to answer questions, or hop on a quick call to get to know our future proprietario/a and also provide references. Please contact me with any adverts/leads as any help is greatly appreciated! Email: 09bfeketezs@gmail.com
