BZ: Looking for a flat

I am looking for an apartment in Bozen, Leifers, or Eppan. I would prefer a studio apartment, and would like a contract of 1 year or more. I have a budget of €800/month. I am a PhD student at NOI Techpark. I am quiet and studious, and also neat and tidy.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung in Bozen, Leifers oder Eppan. Ich würde eine Einzimmerwohnung bevorzugen, und möchte einen Vertrag von 1 Jahr oder mehr. Ich habe ein Budget von 800 €/Monat. Ich bin ein PhD-Student an NOI Techpark. Ich bin ruhig und fleißig, und auch ordentlich und sauber.
