The first room is tiny (7sqm), but
due to super cozy bed below the ceiling it is surprisingly roomy. I lived there
comfortably for 2,5 years and I love it. The rest of the flat is spacious, has
everything you need, including a big room which serves as kitchen and living
room. Its located close to the station at Piani di Bolzano, there is a parking
spot and a small garden. The rent (everything included) is around 300€. There is also a bigger (18sqm) ,

Both rooms are free from the end of may. The person living in the 3rd room is a
mid-20 guy who is currently doing his Phd with Eurac. He is kind, calm and
attentive. The landlady can only take students,
