Dal 1/2 al 30/5/2018 (massimo): Camera solare 25 mq, arredata con mobili nuovi, adatta anche per due persone, con grande terrazza, in un appartamento in una bellissima zona residenziale nel verde vicino al centro (Vicolo Sabbia), accanto alla passeggiata Lungotalvera, affittiamo a studenti / giovani ricercatori / stagisti da subito. L’appartamento è condiviso con 2 giovani laureati (Monica e Tobias). Stanze comuni: 1 soggiorno 13,5 qm (arredato), 1 cucina (arredata, incl. lavastoviglie), 1 bagno con WC più 1 WC separato. Costo: Uso singola 600 + 85 Euro /mese, uso doppia 650 /mese + 120 Euro costi accessori . Inclusi: spese condominiali, acqua fredda/calda e riscaldamento, internet, spese immondizie. From 1st of February to max. 30th of May: Sunny corner-room, 25 sqm, furnished for two with new furniture, big terrace, in large and international sharing community apartment (with other 3) in very nice and green neighbourhood, close to the “Lungotalvera”-promenade, but still close to the center of town, to be rented starting anytime to students, scientists or trainees. Two other rooms are occupied by young working graduates. Cost: Single use 600 + 85 Euro accessory costs, double 650 €/month + 120. Warm/cold water, heating, condo-costs, internet, garbage fees. Excluded: electricity, to be shared.
