A studio apartment or monolocale is available from the
first week of May 2017. Located in Fie' allo Sciliar, at the foot of the
Schlern mountain, about 12 km outside Bolzano. Bus 170 from bus/train station
goes to Fie every 30 minutes. Fie has mild climate, fresh air and many good
spots for outdoor activities. The apartment is 55 m2: bathroom, kitchen, big living
room including bed. and is fully furnished. It costs €500 per month, including
heat, hot water and electricity. Internet (and landline phone - if needed) is
available in the apartment, but you need to arrange a new contract with the
provider (Wind). There are several appliances (the most important is the
washing machine) that we require the new tenant to buy them, since we will not
bring them with us.
