Die Lage ist sehr zentral, zur Innenstadt / Uni sind es nur wenige Minuten zu
Fuß. Supermärkte und Bushaltestellen gibt es ebenfalls eine Menge in der Nähe. Die
Monatsmiete (warm, mit allem Drum und Dran) beträgt
450,-€.

d‘Italia. It‘s 18 square meters big, fully furnished and bright. The flat is
shared by three people with a big living- and dining room, a nice kitchen and a
big bath room, as well as two balconies. The location is pretty central and
close to the university and the old city. There are also many supermarkets
and bus stations around.
