Di cosa si occupa la cooperativa? Cooperativa Sole è un'
impresa sociale che dal 2013 realizza servizi assistenziali innovativi e
nuovi modelli abitativi per il benessere e la longevità. Combina sensibilità e
nuove tecnologie (robotica, sensoristica, AI, VR) per consentire alle persone
di vivere in maniera più giusta, più serena, più umana.

Che cosa significa vivere in un modello di abitare collaborativo? Significa
collaborare nell’ambito del proprio condominio, zona, quartiere a prescindere
dalla propria situazione familiare, lavorativa e di età. Nello specifico, il
progetto “UN MODELLO ABITATIVO PER LA LONGEVITÀ” riguarda la costruzione di un modello
abitativo collaborativo per studenti, anziani e persone con fragilità
socio-economiche situato in Via Aslago a Bolzano.

Quali sono gli obiettivi del progetto? Diventare un punto
di riferimento (hub) per il quartiere creando anche un portierato
sociale che ha l'obiettivo di mappare i bisogni del quartiere e
creare servizi per rigenerarlo dal punto di vista sociale, urbano e
culturale (festival, laboratori artistici di street art e artigianato,
corsi di formazione tecnologici linguistici, spesa a domicilio, trasporto.
Si vuole aprire l'opportunità di diventare parte di
questa nuova realtà a 4/5 studenti di alcune facoltà dell'Università di
Bolzano. Ciò che li aspetta sarà:
- Abitare in un appartamento condiviso con 4/5
persone, a prezzo calmierato, in cambio di 30 ore al mese di
volontariato;
- Opportunità di sviluppare e implementare propri
progetti a impatto comunitario (eventi, festival, corsi formazione);
- Far parte di progetti di ricerca e innovazione su
robotica e VR;
- Acquisire competenze di progettazione,
comunicazione e valutazione di impatto nel campo dell'innovazione sociale
sociale;
- Abitare in un quartiere che si trasformerà in un
luogo vivo e attivo culturalmente! Un luogo dove le parole chiave che si
intrecceranno saranno condivisione, eventi urbani e solidarietà
intergenerazionale.

Was macht die Genossenschaft? Cooperativa
Sole ist ein Sozialunternehmen, das seit 2013 innovative Pflegedienste und neue
Wohnmodelle für Wohlbefinden und Langlebigkeit realisiert. Sie kombiniert
Sensibilität und neue Technologien (Robotik, Sensorik, KI, VR), um den Menschen
ein gerechteres, ruhigeres und menschlicheres Leben zu ermöglichen.

Was bedeutet es, in einem kollaborativen
Wohnmodell zu leben? Es bedeutet, in der eigenen Wohnung,
im eigenen Viertel, in der eigenen Nachbarschaft zusammenzuarbeiten, unabhängig
von der Familie, der Arbeitssituation und dem Alter. Konkret geht es bei dem
Projekt „A LONG-TERM HOUSING MODEL“ um den Bau eines gemeinschaftlichen
Wohnmodells für Studenten, ältere Menschen und Menschen mit sozioökonomischen
Schwächen in der Aslago Straße in Bozen.

Was sind die Ziele des Projekts? Ein
Bezugspunkt (Knotenpunkt) für das Viertel zu werden, indem auch ein sozialer
Concierge geschaffen wird, der die Bedürfnisse des Viertels erfasst und
Dienstleistungen zur sozialen, städtischen und kulturellen Belebung des
Viertels anbietet (Feste, Straßenkunst- und Handwerks-Workshops, Kurse für
Sprachtechnologie, Einkaufen zu Hause, Transport.
Wir möchten 4/5 Studenten aus einigen Fakultäten der
Universität Bozen die Möglichkeit geben, Teil dieser neuen Realität zu
werden.
Was sie erwartet, wird sein:

Wohnen in einer Wohngemeinschaft mit 4/5
Personen zu einem reduzierten Preis, im Austausch für 30 Stunden freiwillige
Arbeit pro Monat;
·
Die Möglichkeit, eigene Projekte zu
entwickeln und umzusetzen, die einen Einfluss auf die Gemeinschaft haben
(Veranstaltungen, Festivals, Schulungen);
·
Teilnahme an Forschungs- und
Innovationsprojekten zu Robotik und VR;
·
Erwerb von Kompetenzen in den Bereichen
Design, Kommunikation und Folgenabschätzung im Bereich der sozialen Innovation
·
Leben in einem Viertel, das sich in einen
lebendigen und kulturell aktiven Ort verwandeln wird! Ein Ort, an dem die
Schlüsselwörter Sharing, urbane Events und generationenübergreifende
Solidarität miteinander verwoben sind.

What is the cooperative all about? Cooperativa

What does it mean to live in a
collaborative living model? It means collaborating within one's
apartment building, area, neighborhood regardless of one's family, work and age
situation. Specifically, the project “A HOUSING MODEL FOR LONGEVITY” concerns
the construction of a collaborative housing model for students, the elderly,
and people with socio-economic fragility located on Aslago Street in Bolzano.

What are the goals of the project? To
become a point of reference (hub) for the neighborhood by also creating a
social concierge that aims to map the needs of the neighborhood and create
services to regenerate it socially, urban and culturally (festivals, street art
and craft workshops, language technology training, grocery shopping,
transportation.
It is intended to open the opportunity to become part
of this new reality to 4/5 students from some faculties of the University of
Bozen/Bolzano.
What awaits them will be:

Living in a shared apartment with 4/5
people, at a subsidized price, in exchange for 30 hours per month of volunteer
work;
·
Opportunities to develop and implement
their own community-impact projects (events, festivals, trainings);
·
Be part of research and innovation
projects on robotics and VR;
·
Gain design, communication and impact
evaluation skills in the field of community social innovation;
·
Living in a neighborhood that will be
transformed into a lively and culturally active place! A place where the
intertwining keywords will be sharing, urban events and intergenerational
solidarity.
