Hi! We are Helene (31) and Felix
(32), a young couple from Vienna, and we are looking for a (small) furnished
apartment in Bolzano (close to the center) from August 30, 2025, to September
27, 2025 (approximately). We are lecturers in German as a foreign language at
the University of Vienna and will be teaching a German course at unibz in
September. We are tidy and reliable and have rented apartments in Bolzano
several times in recent years, always to the complete satisfaction of everyone
involved. :-)

Siamo docenti di tedesco come lingua straniera all'Università di Vienna e a settembre terremo un corso di tedesco all'unibz. Siamo persone ordinate e affidabili e negli ultimi anni abbiamo affittato più volte appartamenti a Bolzano, sempre con piena soddisfazione di tutti. :-)

Hallo! Wir sind Helene (31) und Felix (32), ein junges Paar aus Wien, und wir suchen von ca. 30.08.25 bis ca. 27.09.25 eine (kleine) möblierte Wohnung in Bozen (Zentrumsnähe). Wir sind Dozenten für Deutsch als Fremdsprache an der Universität Wien und leiten im September einen Deutschkurs an der unibz. Wir sind ordentlich und verlässlich und haben in den letzten Jahren schon mehrmals eine Wohnung in Bozen für wenige Wochen gemietet, stets zur vollsten Zufriedenheit aller Beteiligten. :-)
