BZ: Room to rent to a PHD student (Cortina sulla strada di vino)

I have a room to rent. Ideally, I'm looking for a doctoral student. There is currently a doctoral student (Russian) and myself (Australian English teacher) living in the apartment and I have one other room available. The room is 17 square meters and has a bed and a desk.

The apartment is 150 square metres, located in Cortina sulla strada di vino. Cost is €500/month, all inclusive. Available now.

BZ: suche Zimmer - cercasi stanza

Hallo, mein Name ist Jannika und ich bin 24 Jahre alt. Ich komme aus Deutschland und wohne momentan in Potsdam, in der Nähe von Berlin. Nächstes Jahr plane ich von Januar 24 bis Juni 24 ein Praktikum in einem Verlag in Bozen zu machen und bin daher auf der Suche nach einem WG-Zimmer oder einer Wohnung ab Januar 24. Ich werde als Praktikantin arbeiten, aber das Praktikum findet über das Erasmusprogramm meiner Universität statt. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch und Spanisch. Ich bin über jeden Tipp, Rückmeldung und Nachricht dankbar! Liebe Grüße Jannika :)
 
Ciao! Mi chiamo Jannika e ho 24 anni. Sono tedesca e attualmente vivo a Potsdam, vicino a Berlino. L'anno prossimo ho l’intenzione di fare uno stage in una casa editrice a Bolzano dal gennaio al giugno. Quindi sto cercando una stanza condivisa oppure un appartamento da gennaio 24. Lavorerò come stagista, ma il tirocinio è previsto dal programma Erasmus della mia università.
