My name is Freya and I am an Australian exchange student who is looking
for furnished accommodation from approximately September 2017 until
February 2018, but I can pay for longer if that suits better. I love to travel,
cook and explore! My budget is 300-400 euros per monthly (would prefer as cheap

nur 13,8 Km von der Uni Bozen entfernt. Bei der Wohnung handelt sich um eine
Dachzimmerwohnung ohne Balkon. Die Wohnung wurde komplett neu renoviert und ist
möbiliert. Mit 2 neuen Betten und 1 neuem Sofa, das als Doppelbett auch benutzt
werden kann. Die Geräte (Induktionsherd, Eiskasten, Spühlmaschine und
Waschmaschine ) sind neu und bis jetzt noch nie benutzt.
In der Nähe
befindet sich ein Restaurant, Vinothek und Biergarten, zudem hält fast vor dem
Haus der Citybus oder SAD. Dabei muß man 2 - 3 umsteigen um in die Stadt zu
kommen. Jedoch nur ca. 1 Km entfernt, gibt es die Bushaltestelle, beim Maximode
Center oder Bahnhof Eppan, mit direkter Verbindung bis nach Bozen.
Ein
Gratisparkplatz im Grünen ist auch vorhanden, sollte jemand ein Auto haben.
Ein Abstellplatz
in der Garage ist auch vorhanden, Größe ca. 2,50 x 2,00 m.
