Hey everybody! My room right im the center is going to be free in july and is looking for somebody to move in. The room is super nice and bright, equipped with desk, bedside table, bed and mattress and closet. The apartment is in an old building, which is now mainly doctors and offices. The apartment has a living room, 2 bathrooms and dishwasher & washing machine, as well as a pantry. There is a basement, an attic and a roof terrace, where you can sunbathe well:). In the courtyard there is also a place for the bicycle. The flat is very centrally located. You can get to the bus stop (Sparkassenstraße) in 1 minute and to the university in 3 minutes. Shopping facilities are also within 5 minutes walking distance. The Talfer is only a few minutes away and the Saturday market in Gries is 10 minutes away on foot. The flat is more than just a purpose shared flat, we like to make trips together and go hiking or cook together in the evening, but we all enjoy our alone time. Everyone is totally understanding that you also need time for yourself and then we are all the more happy to do something together :) We also like to do things together with our neighbors, sometimes we have breakfast together, sometimes we do game nights together.
