BX: AFFITTASI APPARTAMENTO CON DUE STANZE DA LETTO


Si affitta appartamento a Bressanone in Via Elvas 52 con due camere da letto (una camera singola già occupata da una studentessa italiana ed una doppia libera). L'appartamento ha entrata indipendente da piccolo giardino privato, un ampio e luminoso soggiorno, un cucinino, un bagno (con vasca, box doccia e lavatrice). Posto bici in garage e fermata bus per il centro a pochi metri da casa.
La disponibilità è dal 1° settembre 2019 al 30 giugno 2020 (ad eccezione del periodo 15/12/19 - 06/01/19). La quota è di 6500 euro complessive per l’intero periodo + 150 euro/mese di spese (conguaglio a fine contratto).

Wir vermieten eine Wohnung in Brixen in der Via Elvas 52 mit zwei Schlafzimmern (ein Einzelzimmer, das bereits von einem italienischen Studenten belegt wurde, und ein kostenloses Doppelzimmer). Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang von einem kleinen privaten Garten, ein großes und helles Wohnzimmer, eine Küchenzeile, ein Badezimmer (mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine). Fahrradabstellplatz in der Garage und Bushaltestelle zum Zentrum wenige Meter von zu Hause entfernt. Die Verfügbarkeit erstreckt sich vom 1. September 2019 bis zum 30. Juni 2020 (mit Ausnahme des Zeitraums vom 15.12.19 bis zum 01.06.19). Die Gebühr beträgt 6500 Euro für den gesamten Zeitraum + 150 Euro / Monat der Ausgaben (Anpassung am Ende des Vertrages).

We rent an apartment in Bressanone in Via Elvas 52 with two bedrooms (a single room already occupied by an Italian student and a free double). The apartment has an independent entrance from a small private garden, a large and bright living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom (with bath, shower and washing machine). Bike parking in the garage and bus stop for the center a few meters from home. Availability is from 1 September 2019 to 30 June 2020 (with the exception of the period 15/12/19 - 06/01/2019). The fee is 6500 euros for the entire period + 150 euros / month of expenses (adjustment at the end of the contract).
