Hey
everyone, the
room is about 20 m2 big and is in a shared flat of four people. The flat is
positioned in Via Zara, which is about 5 minutes away from the University and 2
minutes away from Talvera River and the Museion. The
rent is 370 Euros per month including everything (Electricity, WIFI, Garbage..)
and the Caution would be 750 Euros. The
flatmates are between 25 and 32 and are all working. The flat has a beautiful
big balcony, a pretty modern kitchen, a basement space, a washing machine,
shower and a yard to put your bike. Your
flatmates would be Lukas, who is 32 from Argentina and works as a wine maker.
Lukas travels a lot for work and likes to mountain bike. Your
other flatmate is Ermanno that used to be WUP Assistant for the Design Faculty
of the Unibz and he makes Sunglasses out of recycled Snowboards as a
business. The
third flatmate is Chiara, an actress that works with children at the moment and
Chiara likes to cook at night and is a chatty person in general. At
home we speak italian, german and english. My room will be unfurnished and
there is also an option for a parking spot, but it you have to get a permission
from the city hall. (My flatmates can explain the process to you, but I don’t
have a car so I don’t really know) The important thing is that the room is free from september so really soon. For
