BZ: 3 spots in student apartment, shared flat of 4, required to be student

The first room is tiny (7sqm), but due to super cozy bed below the ceiling it is surprisingly roomy. I lived there comfortably for 2,5 years and I love it. The rest of the flat is spacious, has everything you need, including a big room which serves as kitchen and living room. Its located close to the station at Piani di Bolzano, there is a parking spot and a small garden. The rent (everything included) is around 300€. There is also a bigger (18sqm) , shared room with two beds.
