2 FREE ROOMS IN SHARED APARTMENT
Hi!
My flat mates are moving out so I’m looking for two new ones! I’ve lived in
this flat for the last months, so, hopefully, I can answer almost any questions
about it.
The
apartment is pretty big: three single rooms (of which two are now free); one
big living room (it has a fireplace too!); a wide bathroom; the kitchen and a
nice balcony. It is also only 5 minutes from the station and 10 from
university, which is really convenient. At ground floor there is space to store
your bike and a small garden facing the inside.
The
monthly rent fee is of 400€ plus 50€ of expenses, not really cheap but I
genuinely like living there and Bolzano is not a really cheap city anyway).
For one: each flat on the three floors is inhabited by students only and that’s
pretty cool.
I’m
looking for friendly, respectful, frankly speaking and, most of all, open
minded people, so that living together doesn’t get us weird situations, but
mostly in fun and happy ones.
The
owner does not really care about what we do in the apartment (because it is not
really his, he works for a company and rents the whole building). That’s why we
actually have the freedom to enjoy as we want this place as long as we
establish a good internal balance.
At
the end of August I’ll be back in Bolzano and I’ll be able to show you the
place.

2 STANZE LIBERE IN APPARTAMENTO CONDIVISO
Ciao! Le mie coinquiline si sono trasferite altrove,
quindi sto cercando altre due persone. Ho vissuto in questo appartamento per
gli ultimi mesi, quindi dovrei saper rispondere a, quasi, qualsiasi domanda.
La casa è abbastanza grande, ci sono: tre stanze singole
(di cui due per il momento sono libere); un grande soggiorno (ha persino un
camino!); un bagno spazioso; la cucina e un bel balcone. È anche a soli 5
minuti dalla stazione e 10 dall’università, il che è davvero comodo. Al piano
terra c’è spazio per tenere le bici e c’è un piccolo giardino rivolto verso
l’interno.
L’affitto mensile è di 400€ più 50€ di spese, non troppo
modesto, ma mi piace sinceramente vivere lì (e Bolzano non è una città
particolarmente economica). Ad esempio tutti gli appartamenti sui tre piani del
palazzo sono abitati da studenti ed è una situazione carina.
Sto cercando persone amichevoli, rispettose nei confronti
del prossimo, dirette nell’esprimersi e, soprattutto, aperte mentalmente, in
modo tale che la convivenza non ci porti a strane e spiacevoli situazioni, ma
più che altro a situazioni divertenti e serene.
Al proprietario non interessa molto di quello che
facciamo in casa (perché non è veramente sua, lui lavora per un’agenzia e
affitta tutto il palazzo). Per questa ragione abbiamo effettivamente la
possibilità di viverci come vogliamo, fin tanto che riusciamo a raggiungere un
buon equilibrio interno.
Alla fine di agosto sarò di nuovo a Bolzano e potrò far
vedere la casa.
