BZ: sunny single room for rent

Free 28qm room with wooden floor, balcony and a lot of light free from the 10th of November on. The room is in a shared flat with 3 other super nice guys. The flat itself is located nearby Eurac right next to Talvera with bars and two awesome Pizzarias just around the corner. Univeristy, for instance, is only 5 minutes by foot.
