BK:looking for a new flatmate for the next semester.


Hey guys! Casa Rienz in Brunico is looking for a flatmate! The house is just a few minutes away from the university and it’s located in a really nice area. The room is a big shared room, completely furnished, with a nice balcony that faces the backyard and well illuminated. Ciao ragazzi! Casa Rienz a Brunico è alla ricerca di un nuovo coinquilino! La casa è situata in una zona molto tranquilla, lungo il fiume e a pochi passi dall’università e dal centro in generale. Per quanto riguarda la camera, invece, si tratta di una stanza condivisa al primo piano, completamente arredata, con accesso diretto al terrazzo che affaccia sul giardino e ben illuminata. Il prezzo mensile è di 260€ tutto incluso (wifi, spese e raccolta dei rifiuti). Hallo zusammen! Casa Rienz in Bruneck ist auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner! Unser Haus liegt in einer schönen Gegend direkt am Fluss und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Uni und dem Zentrum entfernt. Wir suchen jemanden für eine Hälfte im großen, möblierten Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist sehr hell und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 260€ warm (Wifi und Spesen inklusive).
