BZ: stanza singola libera da febbraio – free single room from February

Ciao! Siamo Giulia e Sofia, due ragazze che frequentano il secondo anno all’Unibz, Da metà febbraio avremo una stanza singola libera (ammobiliata). L’appartamento si trova in zona Gries, ben servita da mezzi pubblici e negozi, ed è composto da 3 camere singole, un bagno ed un’ampia cucina (lavatrice e lavastoviglie). É molto luminoso e la zona è molto tranquilla.

L’affitto mensile è di €400 + spese condominiali e utenze.

Hi! We are Giulia and Sofia, two second-year students at Unibz. We offer a single room (with furniture) from mid-February and the apartment is in Gries (bus stop, supermarket, etc nearby). It has 3 single rooms, a bathroom and a big kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher). It’s very bright and the streets are very calm and quiet.
The monthly rent is €400 + heating, electricity and Wi-Fi.
