BZ: Single Room for Rent

From September SINGLE ROOM available in a three-roomed furnished flat in Central Bolzano, easy walking distance from Eurac and University: 2 bedrooms, little kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom. I am looking to share the flat and my ginger cat with a serious, tranquil, non smoking person who loves animals.
Price: 475 per month + expenses (electricity, rubbish tax, gas for stove and hot water), app. 25 € per month.
I would also consider renting weekdays only (Monday to Friday) for a reduced rent.
