BZ: room to rent/ Zimmer zu vermieten/ affittasi stanza

Hi, we have a room to rent in our nice shared flat. We are a flat of 5,mainly PhD students from different parts of the world, open-minded and social. The flat is only a few minutes walking distance from the university and the train station. We have a small balcony and a nice terrace, which we share with another shared flat- we have some plants there and a BBQ once in a while:) The room is about 18m²  and nicely bright with two big windows. The rent is 250€/month plus the side costs, which ends up being a little more than 300€/month. Hey, wir haben ein Zimmer in unseren schönen WG zu vermieten. Wir sind eine 5er-WG, großteils PhD-Studenten aus den verschiedensten Winkeln der Erde, offen und gesellig. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Geh-Minuten von der Uni und dem Bahnhof entfernt. Wir haben außerdem einen kleinen Balkon und eine schöne Terasse, die wir uns mit einer anderen WG im Haus teilen- wir haben dort ein paar Pflanzen und ab und zu grillen wir. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18m² groß und schön hell mit zwei großen Fenstern. Die Miete beträgt 250€/Monat plus Nebenkosten-ergibt insgesamt etwas über 300€/Monat.
