Suchst du einen Platz in einer Wohngemeinschaft und hast Lust auf ein soziales Projekt? Ein Zimmer in einer 3-Wohngemeinschaft wird frei.
Wir bieten ab 1.September 2025 einen Platz in einer Wohngemeinschaft in Klausen zusammen mit unserem 29-jährigen Sohn Michael und einer Studentin an.
Michael ist Schauspieler und ist trotz seiner geistigen Beeinträchtigung (Down-Syndrom) sehr autonom. Er arbeitet halbtags in der Theatergruppe „Teatro la Ribalta – Akademie Kunst der Vielfalt“ in Bozen und ist auch öfters für mehrere Tage bzw. Wochen mit der Theatergruppe auf Tournee. Er organisiert sich dabei sehr selbständig, bedarf aber einer minimalen Begleitung. Kurzum, er führt ein relativ normales Leben so wie die meisten anderen Jugendlichen auch.
Unser Angebot richtet sich somit an eine/n Student/in mit einer sozialen Ader, der/die eine Unterkunft sucht und bereit ist, zusammen mit einer weiteren Studentin, unserem Sohn eine kleine Stütze zu geben. Erfahrungsgemäß nimmt dieser Beistand max. 1 Stunde täglich ein.
Im Gegenzug dafür stellen wir ein Zimmer mit getrenntem Bad in einer voll eingerichteten Wohnung in Klausen, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zug- und Busbahnhofes, mit ökonomischen Vorteilen, zur Verfügung. Letztere bestehen darin, dass keine Miete anfällt und lediglich die Führungskosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, usw.) getragen werden müssen. Die Führungskosten betragen insgesamt ca. 350€/Monat, hängen aber natürlich vom effektiven Verbrauch ab. Alle weiteren Details vertiefen wir gerne in einem persönlichen Gespräch.

Ha una metratura di quasi 140 mq ed è al terzo piano. Al momento ci vivono altre 3 persone. È composto da 2 stanze singole, una stanza doppia, due bagni, salotto, cucina abitabile e cantina. Una singola e la doppia dispongono di un piccolo balcone. L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato 4 anni fa. Il prezzo per il posto letto è di 300 euro mensili a cui vanno aggiunti 36 euro di spese condominiali.
