Hello, my name is Schon Sylvester, I’m 29 years old and will start my PhD at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano from 1^st Nov 2025. I’m looking for:

• A room in a shared apartment, a private studio, or a small apartment

• Available from 1 November 2025

• Ideally located within easy reach of NOI Techpark / University

• With a regular rental contract

• At a reasonable price
